I hold a PhD in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Information Systems Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BA in Information Systems from Wayne State University.  I currently work for EY as a delivery and business development lead in artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering.  In the past, I've been employed by the American Institutes for Research, IBM, and JSTOR.
